Our neighborhood:
We are located near Vancouver on the outskirts of Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast. Our two-story chalet-style house offers a fabulous ocean view with mountains in the background.
We live in a quiet neighbourhood near the beach, with hiking trails in the hills behind our house. The nearby town of Gibsons has many interesting shops, as well as the usual drug stores, grocery stores, hardware stores, banks, etc, to meet all your needs. It also has pubs and night clubs that regularly offer fine live music and fine dining, with several overlooking the ocean.
The summer season also offers free music in the park and several jazz festivals as well as a blues festival. The Sunshine Coast is only a 40-minute ferry ride and short express bus trip from downtown Vancouver.
Our house is a 15-minute walk from the Langdale ferry terminal and beside a bus-stop. Easy access to beaches, and mountainous old-growth forest hiking.
Our Meals:
Our meals consist of only the highest quality of ingredients. We are proponents of healthy eating, and as such, our meals are made of mainly locally grown, organic and natural foods.
